We’ve been eating lots of fresh and brightly colored foods in the past two weeks. Lots of tomatoes that actually smell and taste like real tomatoes, copious amounts of basil, chilies, garden lettuce and nectarines. We’re working through our CSA box, and eating things off vines in the backyard. My decision to slow down on blogging extends to documenting as well– I’ve been reaching for the camera less frequently. It felt a little weird at first to go a few days without documenting meals… but I’m getting back into the swing of things.

My current breakfast craving has been coconut granola, greek yogurt, a little honey and slices of nectarine. Oh, and a good hot dog. What fool doesn’t give in to a delicious hot dog every once in a while?
