Our workshop with Almanac Beer wrapped up just before the thunderstorm rolled in last night. The class was packed, but was also quite charmingly quiet and polite throughout the workshop, as “Gypsy Brewers”, Jesse and Damian seemed to hold them all in quiet wonder throughout the workshop. Honestly– the most polite, and quiet group of beer drinkers I have ever met! Jesse and Damian put on a great show last night, entertaining the group and generously sharing beer, stories, and advice to home brewers in the workshop. I am pretty sure everyone went home with a crush on Almanac Beer. Thank you to Almanac Beer, Jesse and Damian for your stories, laughs, and insight into brewing, sourcing and the beer industry.
